Faculty Leadership Academy
The Faculty Leadership Academy aims to help Villanova build a community of practitioners and scholars with interest in bringing inclusive leadership theory and practice to their profession.
Academic Leaders Peer Network
The Academic Leaders Peer Network (ALPN) serves needs for professional development, peer support, and interaction with the Office of the Provost for all who serve in Department Chair or equivalent roles, including Program Directors, many Associate Deans and others. The ALPN meets two-three times per semester, including a semesterly meeting with the Provost.
