VISIBLE has helped Villanova engage several hundred faculty members in Hiring for Villanova's Future, a workshop series that sets the University's standard for excellence in hiring. VISIBLE created and hosts the Equitable Hiring Practicum, which helps extend and apply this learning.

Sharing Scholarship

VISIBLE shares its scholarship at annual conferences, such as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Academy of Management, American Society for Engineering Education, and ADVANCE Resource and Coordination Network.
