Before Your Course Begins
Within 24 hours of registration, you'll receive:
- A registration confirmation email
- Instructions to set up your Villanova email account

You can expect to hear from your enrollment counselor within 2 business days of registering, if you haven't already, to discuss the next steps.

Your Villanova email account gives you access to Brightspace, our online learning platform, where you’ll participate in your course.
All official course communication will be sent to your Villanova email throughout the duration of your class. To ensure you don’t miss important updates, we recommend forwarding your Villanova email to your personal inbox. Directions for forwarding your email can be found

Billing and Payment
You can find your V-bill through MyNova.
To access MyNova, visit and log inĚýusing your Villanova email and password. This portal allows you to access many of Villanova’s applications, including V-Bill, your online payment system. Once you have logged into MyNova, type “V-Bill” into the search bar near the top of the page, and then navigate to “V-Bill Students.”

Payment for your course is due on the first day of class. You can make payments to the Bursar's Office via V-Bill or In Office/By Mail.

Yes, payment is due by the first day of each course, so you may choose to pay for each course separately. The V-Bill option allows you to enter the amount you wish to pay. Simply enter the individual course amount and proceed with your payment.
You can pay by credit card using V-Bill, accessible through MyNova. You may also pay by check via mail or in person at the Bursar’s office.
Please be sure to include your Villanova student ID number on your check.

Funding Your Professional Education
EdAssist by Bright Horizons
ĂŰĚŇTV has partnered with EdAssist by Bright Horizons to help you take the next step in your education journey. Employees of participating organizations receive 15% in tuition savings and waived application fees on eligible Villanova programs.
Employee Tuition Reimbursement
Many organizations offer tuition reimbursement for professional education programs. Check with your employer to learn about available opportunities. To support your request, you can also reference our library of supervisor request letters.
Military service members and veterans may be eligible for tuition payment/assistance through the Department of Veterans Affairs under the Post-9/11 G.I. Bill® or other benefits.

CPS students enrolled in a non-credit program and/or any individual non-credit course may participate in a payment plan.
Payment plans are offered through Nelnet Campus Commerce and students are encouraged to reach out to Nelnet directly through the .
Please note:
- Payment plans are available for fall, spring and summer.
- Payments must be made over the course of 2-5 months, depending on when you enroll in the plan.
- There is an additional $45 payment plan fee for each semester.
Personal Loans
Students may use any loan provider they prefer. One option is Salle Mae's , a credit-based loan that offers flexible repayment plans.
Tuition assistance and deferred payment plans can help you finance your education. Please consult with your employer to determine eligibility and specific reimbursement procedures, including any required documentation.
Accessing Your Course in Brightspace
Brightspace is Villanova's learning platform, and where you will access your course information, including live virtual sessions.
Visit and log in with your Villanova username and password. You must using these credentials before logging in.
Upon logging into Brightspace you'll land on your personalized dashboard, which shows:
- Your active courses
- Upcoming deadlines
- Important announcements
Click into your course to access your course materials.
Navigating Your Course
All course content lives in the Content section. Materials are organized into modules, including readings, videos and activities. If your course includes external readings, you’ll receive those as PDFs or via access through Villanova's Falvey Library.
You can submit assignments directly within each course module. To view all your assignments in one place, use the "Assignments" tab in the course navigation menu.
You can take and submit quizzes directly within each course module. To view all course quizzes in one place, visit the "Quizzes" tab, where you can also see each quiz evaluation status and attempts.
Discussions are integrated throughout the course and provide a space to respond to prompts, reflect on what you’ve learned and engage with your classmates and instructors.
Use the "Calendar" tab to view upcoming deadlines. You can sync it with your personal calendar to stay organized.
Courses with live sessions will use Zoom for those meetings. In the "Zoom" tab, you'll find links to join your weekly live sessions and, if available, options to schedule time with your instructor.
- Use the "Grades" tab to check scores and instructor feedback.
- Use "Class Progress" to view visual summaries of your engagement and completion.
Click on the "Classlist" tab to see your instructor and classmates' names and contact information.
