Every August, the DiLella Center hosts its annual Golf Outing and Clinic at Union League National Golf Club in Cape May, NJ, which supports Center programs and funds student scholarships for the upcoming academic year. Ìý

Brings real estate community members together in support and celebration of the DiLella Mulroy Real Estate Student Managed Fund and real estate education at Villanova. Ìý

IGNITE CHANGE CASE COMPETITION

The competition focuses on a social or environmental issue within the built environment and gives students of all backgrounds and majors a chance to connect, think creatively, and initiate conversations about real-world problems.

Each year, the DiLella Center takes students on one and two-day treks to NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, DC, Baltimore and more to visit alumni at leading real estate organizations and tour local development projects.
