BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING

bme-homepage-820x500

Villanova’s undergraduate and graduate programs in Biomedical Engineering empower students to merge engineering, physiology and medicine to advance human health.

Students and faculty work together across disciplines—and with clinical and industry partners—to address some of the most pressing challenges in health care. Areas of focus include biomaterials and tissue engineering, biomechanics, biomedical imaging and health care technologies.

With access to advanced laboratories, hands-on research opportunities and personal mentorship from expert faculty, Villanova BME students develop both the technical expertise and ethical perspective to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving field.
